1‑Return Eligibility
Customers may apply for returns within 14 calendar days upon package delivery. Items must remain unused, intact with original labels and packaging.
Custom‑tailored hand‑woven accessories are final‑sale and non‑refundable, which cannot be returned or exchanged.

2‑Warehouse Return‑Address Rule
‑Goods shipped from US‑warehouse: return to our designated US‑local return‑address (3125 W Noble Ave, Visalia CA 93277, United States).
‑Goods shipped from China‑warehouse: return to our China overseas warehouse.
All return‑shipping fees, customs‑fees and related transit expenses shall be fully borne by buyers for voluntary‑reason returns. We only cover return‑shipping costs when items are damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered on our side.

3‑Refund Process
We will inspect returned goods within 5‑7 business‑days after receiving your parcel. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment account.
