1‑Order Processing Time
All rattan, hemp and cotton‑rope woven accessories are hand‑made‑to‑order by skilled artisans. Production requires 3‑5 business‑days before shipment, excluding weekends and public holidays. Minor differences in weave texture are natural features of hand‑crafted goods.

2‑Warehouse & Delivery Source
Our goods are shipped from two warehouses: China overseas warehouse and US‑based local warehouse. We will automatically assign the optimal shipping warehouse according to your delivery address and inventory status.

3‑Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
‑Standard Shipping ($4.99): 7‑15 business‑days for United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France and Australia.
‑Expedited Shipping ($9.99): 3‑6 business‑days for the above‑mentioned regions (only available for US‑warehouse inventory).
‑Free Standard Shipping: Complimentary standard delivery for all orders over $79 USD.

4‑Tracking Information
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your parcel departs our warehouse. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier company, customs clearance or force‑majeure factors. International shipments may go through customs inspection which may extend transit time.
